The Challenge
AIDEX is the world’s leading humanitarian aid and disaster relief exhibition, bringing together NGOs, governments, military, donors and suppliers from across the globe. Delivered annually in Geneva and Nairobi, the event operates in a complex space where credibility, clarity and neutrality are critical.
Since 2018, AIDEX has required a flexible yet recognisable visual system that could evolve year-on-year, work across multiple global locations, and scale seamlessly from digital promotion through to large-format on-site environments. With hundreds of touchpoints, from showguides and sales brochures to banners, signage, advertising and invitations, consistency was essential, without the event ever feeling static or repetitive.
The Solution
We’ve worked in close partnership with the AIDEX team to evolve and refresh the brand annually, maintaining strong recognition while introducing new visual energy for each edition. The identity is designed to scale seamlessly across print, digital and live event environments, ensuring consistency from pre-event marketing through to the show floor.
Our ongoing support spans showguides, brochures, advertising, invitations, signage, banners and venue branding across both Geneva and Nairobi. The result is a robust, flexible visual system that supports AIDEX’s global presence and reinforces its position as the leading platform for the humanitarian aid community.
