The Challenge
Resourcing Tomorrow sits at the centre of a high-profile portfolio serving the global mining and energy transition community. With senior investors, government representatives, technology leaders and major operators in attendance, the brand needed to reflect both commercial credibility and forward-looking ambition.
The challenge was to ensure consistency and clarity across a wide range of outputs, from sponsor prospectuses and international brochures to show guides, gala materials and large-format on-site signage. Each asset had to work commercially, communicate complex industry narratives, and remain visually cohesive within an evolving brand framework.
At the same time, timelines were tight and requirements frequently shifted as content and stakeholder priorities developed. The creative needed to be flexible, scalable and production-ready, without losing impact or authority.
The Solution
We partnered with the Resourcing Tomorrow team to deliver a considered and cohesive design approach across the event’s wider marketing ecosystem. Rather than treating each asset in isolation, we ensured that sponsor-facing materials, commercial prospectuses and show guides worked together as part of a unified visual language.
From early-stage sales collateral through to final on-site execution, our focus was on balancing strong visual impact with clarity and practical usability. Marketing materials were structured to support commercial objectives, while print and environmental graphics were designed with production realities firmly in mind.
Across every touchpoint, we maintained consistency in tone, hierarchy and brand presence, allowing the event to feel credible, elevated and aligned, whether viewed online, in print or within the live environment.

I have worked with Elliot Young across a wide range of events, each requiring a considered and tailored design approach. What I value most is their ability to take a complex brief and translate it into clear, engaging creative that genuinely resonates with the audiences I’m marketing to. Their approach is structured yet collaborative, they’re open to iteration, and the end result consistently feels cohesive and elevated. The final execution has been extremely well received by both stakeholders and attendees!
