The Challenge
ISTM brings together travel professionals from across the ski and winter sports tourism industry, connecting tour operators, destination partners and service providers from around the globe. As a specialist, niche market event, ISTM needed a brand identity that could stand confidently within the wider travel sector while feeling distinctly relevant to its audience.
Alongside the brand, the event required a full suite of collateral and communications, from sales materials and show guides through to web presence, all developed under tight deadlines and evolving programme content. The challenge was to create a visual language that balanced technical clarity with the spirit of adventure inherent to the ski travel world, while remaining flexible across formats and delivery points.
The Solution
We partnered with the ISTM team to develop a fresh brand identity rooted in the energy and dynamism of the ski travel community. The identity system was designed to perform across conference materials, print and digital, and environmental graphics, ensuring coherence and impact at every touchpoint.
Our work included the creation of the main conference brand and graphic language, sales materials tailored to exhibitors and partners, comprehensive show guides for delegates, and the design and build of the event website. Throughout the process, we focused on building a structured design system, clear typography, thoughtful hierarchy and confident use of imagery, that could flex with content changes and deliver consistent user experiences from brochure to browser to on-site signage.
